The Production coordinator will implement the overall strategy and execution for Pixelogic’s English Services CFT (Client Focused Team). Implementing coordination initiatives to ensure that all English deliverables meet the necessary requirements before they reach the client. They will coordinate the core workflows and processes that bring standardisation, prevent process gaps, and help strengthen the English team which comprises of English editorial editors, vendors, project managers and other schedulers.

Available Shifts:

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm PST
Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 11:00pm PST


  • Project planning with English production managers, supervisors, editors, vendors, and other schedulers and project managers.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management.
  • Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.


  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Recent college graduate or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Interest in Film & TV Digital Distribution a plus.
  • Customer Service experience a plus.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.
  • Able to handle high pressure environment.
  • Willing to undergo intensive training in a short period of time.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Upon receiving training, exhibit a continued ability to understand and troubleshoot editorial challenges associated with scheduling, scripting and subtitling workflows

Physical requirements

  • Ability to continuously sit in an office chair
  • Ability to operate and work in front of a computer in an office setting
