Associate Producer

In search of a motivated Associate Producer to join our growing video production team!

The Associate Producer is the main support for our team of producers, working closely with a big corporate client. In this flexible role, you’ll help with producer tasks and provide backend support to the Production team.

We’re looking for someone who is well-organized and good at handling multiple tasks. You should pay close attention to details, be creative, and be able to express yourself clearly. You’ll enjoy being part of a fast-paced and hardworking production team in an important support role.

As an Associate Producer, You Will

• Meet with stakeholders to assess their production needs, budget, and workback schedules.
• Scope, schedule, and track projects and ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Organize designers’ assignments for productions, set schedules, and assign designers to ensure the quality of the production.
• Support the planning, design, and direction of media projects for advanced video productions, live events, and post-production needs.
• Manage production calendar/schedule.
• Support, track, and report billing timing and cadence and update finance team in order to provide accurate forecasting data.
• Support implementation of improvements to team production workflows and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Assist in the video programing / play lists on large digital displays.
• Assist in scoping new projects independently as needed.

As an Applicant, You Bring

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• General graphics 2D and 3D knowledge.
• Knowledge of production and post-production workflows.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Virtual platform experience (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
• Excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus if You Have

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related area preferred.
• Experience in working in a corporate environment
• Have a general understanding of the technical and creative video production workflows within a broadcast or studio facility environment.

Additional Position Details

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of standing
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Work Environment

• Production Environment.
• Hybrid position, involving on-site presence when needed while primarily working remotely with 80% WFH.

Travel

• Potential for minor travel, local in-state, or domestic.

The successful candidate’s pay will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
