Are you an aspiring Producer looking for a new and exciting role within an award-winning video content company?


Our client is a video content company with an extensive track record in creating video content and documentaries for B2B and consumer brands.


As Assistant Producer, you will support the smooth delivery of projects; which will include a variety of tasks form scheduling productions to contributor handling.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support with scheduling productions and with shoot schedules
  • Liaising with clients on logistical details on behalf of the producers
  • Crew coordination and booking logistics
  • Shoot documents – Call Sheets, Risk Assessments and Movement Orders
  • Assisting on shoots – on location and remote recordings
  • Supporting producers with budget management
  • Location and casting search
  • Stock footage/archive research
  • Research for projects/documentaries
  • Contributor handling – booking interview, organising logistics etc.
  • Taking in the producing of smaller projects directly with the clients.


With some solid experience in a similar role, you will be hard working and have the desire to learn quickly.

You will enjoy contributing to the creative process with original ideas, as well as being extremely organised and able to implement projects effectively.

Good computer skills are essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
