Fulwell 73 specialises in the production of prolific and high-quality television, film, branded content and music promos underpinned by leading writers, producers, directors and talent. Fulwell operates across the US, as well as the UK, especially in the TV and music space. Its award-winning programming spans a diverse set of genres, including scripted comedy, factual entertainment, sports documentaries and documentary series, with a strong focus on talent led programming.

​About The Role:

We are looking for Development Producers and Executive Producers with experience developing original formats across multiple genres, be it reality, big social experiments, events, shiny-floor entertainment, game and quiz, popular factual, fact-ent formats and everywhere in between. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong creative mind and ability to drive ideas from conception to commission. This role will be a 6 month freelance contract.

​Core Responsibilities:

• Generating new formats across a wide variety of genres.
• Securing access.
• Writing and producing decks with a high standard of graphic design.
• Producing and editing sizzles.
• Pitching to commissioners and talent.
• Responding to commissioner briefs and network tenders.
• Research.
• Organising creative brainstorms.
• Organising the development slate.

​Skills and Experience:

• A proven track record of developing ideas through to commission.
• An understanding of regional commissioning opportunities and remits.
• An understanding of American buyers – ideal although not essential.
• Self-shooting for taster tapes.
• Good organisational skills.
