Director

We are looking for a full time, film/animation director to join our expanding team. The role will have a pivotal place in helping deliver gorgeous content, developing ideas that clients love, and being hands on in the production and delivery process.

We have a team of talented in-house producers, creatives, animators and editor in-house and are looking for someone to work alongside our existing creative director to bring new ideas and help us expand on our current style and capabilities.

We are looking for someone with experience producing stand-out linear content, with a passion for beautiful, engaging work, an ability to see the core message in a brief, and a talent for delivering that.

Key responsibilities:

• develop ideas in response to briefs from clients – collaboratively and individually.
• write treatments and pitch decks
• brief and guide freelance directors on projects
• direct crews on shoots
• feedback to editors, animators and freelancers towards delivering the brief and the creative
• ideally someone who can self shoot when needed
• ideally someone who can edit when needed

It would suit someone with an interest in interactive. The role would require travel abroad on shoots, and likely require training for offshore filming.

The role will integrate with almost all departments and so will suite someone who is a team player and able to get the best out of creative teams.

It would be based at our studio in Balham, south London.
