A Day in the Life…

The FX Production & Special Projects Intern will assist and support the Production & Special Projects team in all areas as needed, from office duties, pre-production and post support. Assist Production & Special Projects team as needed with; shoot prep, shoot related needs, research, props storage, post organization, research. Assist with department newsletter; research new ideas for newsletters, assist with internal highlights, brainstorm new creative ideas Potential to be offered as Production Assistant on local shoots for Print, Social and On-Air Promotions.

What we are looking for…

  • Interest in and basic knowledge of current FX TV shows
  • Interest in and basic knowledge of production & post-production.
  • Basic administration skills
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm

Required Education:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a college/university taking at least one class in the semester prior to participation in the internship program, or recently graduated within six months at time of application.

Preferred Education:

  • Film/TV/Media majors preferred

Additional Details:

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
  • Applicant must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Participants must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • This is a hybrid internship. Candidate must also be able to provide their own housing and transportation to and from the Los Angeles, CA area. The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • The approximate dates of this internship are January through June 2023.
  • Candidate must be available to work full time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
  • Occasional weekend or evening work MAY be required
