DOGEATDOG is a creative production studio based in London and with arms in LA and Stockholm. With a focus on commercials, film and TV, music videos and photography, we strive to operate within a multidisciplinary space and like making good work, whatever form it takes.

We are looking for an experienced and diligent Head of Production to be based out of our London office to lead all work coming out of the studio and be a pivotal part of the management team during a period of rapid expansion.

Job role –

  • Accountable for oversight across all projects – overseeing in-house and freelance producers to ensure DOGEATDOG is always delivering flawless production for our clients and creative talent, and that our work is of a consistently high quality.
  • Detailed bidding for projects – working closely with directors, agencies and suppliers to put together thorough bid packages for our pitches
  • Be the gatekeeper of our internal processes – ensuring staff follow procedure and always be on the lookout for ways to maximise efficiencies and streamline the way we work
  • Handle legal / contracts with suppliers and clients, experienced with usage licences etc
  • Manage supplier relationships and find the best collaborators for projects
  • Financial reporting – wrapping jobs and working closely with accounting to report financial status to management team
  • Supporting and mentoring our music video team to build out the growing department

The ideal candidate –

  • 7-10 years experience as a high-level producer / PM
  • Experience across film and stills
  • Confident in and knowledge of bidding for commercial work.
  • Excellent communication skills – comfortable talking to clients and production teams.
  • Diligent and organised – able to manage their own time and workload
  • A natural leader who can work closely with and inspire production teams
  • Enthusiastic about growing the company
  • Comfortable representing DOGEATDOG within the industry
  • Passionate about exploring new ways to tackle production and how we can better our processes
  • Ideally comes with a black book of global production contacts
  • Motivated by lifting and support new talent into the industry
