Eastham Studios is a cutting-edge production team that creates digital content for an on-demand audience. Located in a state-of-the-art facility with best-in-class production tools, Eastham Studios is a team that consists of award-winning producers, editors, and animators.

The Producer at Eastham Studios is responsible for all aspects of the production lifecycle. This includes the creation and management of production schedules and budgets, the booking and management of talent and freelance personnel including producers, and stage crews, and the sourcing and booking locations, and equipment during the pre-production stage; on-set management and directing of talent during the production stage; and managing editors, and all deliverables, assets, and delivery dates during the post production stage.

They must be able to manage multiple marketing campaigns in a fast-paced digital-first environment, and interface and collaborate with various internal teams across the organization. As an experienced senior member of the Production team, the Producer is expected to work cross-functionally with Production Management to ensure that our procedures are being followed and that content is being executed on schedule and within budget. The Producer will also collaborate and work closely with our Content Marketing team on the execution of content for Disney sustainment and TikTok, Disney marketing campaigns, DE&I content, and original content.

Producers should be well-versed in all aspects of digital marketing, digital video formats, and digital platforms. This role requires a strong production background, and candidates must be able to advise on best practices and manage an array of production formats from complex live action, multi-camera talk shows, field production shoots, red carpet and event productions, remote productions, mixed media formats, and animated/graphic projects.

They should possess personal presence and be a clear and concise communicator as they will not only be entrusted to work with various key internal business partners during the video content review and approval process, but candidates will be relied on to anticipate production problems and roadblocks before they occur and must be able to lead discussions with internal teams to identity and implement creative and technical production solutions.

The ideal candidate should be agile, detail-oriented, skilled in narrative marketing, willing to provide VO and be on camera to support creative, and passionate about creating content and contributing to a fun and inclusive environment. Ability to edit video and a strong knowledge of various Disney IP and franchises are a plus.


  • Create and maintain the production schedules and budgets of projects, ensuring that projects are on schedule and within budget.
  • Work closely with teams to collaborate and execute on the approved creative strategies; prepping the projects in pre-production; securing the necessary cast, crew, vendors, permits, and releases; and seeing the productions through shoot, post, and delivery.
  • Work closely with Legal and other internal business units to ensure all content is cleared and produced within company, brand, and legal guidelines.
  • Source and ensure that assets are cleared for videos.
  • Manage freelance personnel to include coordinators, producers, editors, and stage crew to help support projects, and ensure that all projects are properly wrapped and accurately actualized in a timely manner.


  • 5 or more years as a digital producer or progressively complex related experience as a producer across various media.
  • Understanding of digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook and TikTok.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Proven managerial, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust quickly to continually changing landscapes.
  • Proven track record of quality storytelling.
  • Willingness to learn new media platforms and formats.
  • Highly organized and excellent communication skills.

Required Education:

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience required
