Production Assistant

YOU ARE HERE are looking for a full-time Production Assistant to join our close-knit team.
The role would suit someone with min. 1 year experience of production on either production or agency side. We are looking for someone who is, above all, highly organised, a proactive and self-sufficient multitasker, switched on and creative. Production

• Researching, scheduling, pencilling and confirming crew & equipment
• Putting together treatments, PPM documents, storyboards, mood boards, call sheets, risk
  assessments
• Liaising with foreign service companies, organising travel and accommodation arrangements
• Processing invoices, expenses and petty cash
• Assisting producers and EPs

Office support

• Maintaining office supplies, expenses, couriers and phones
• Helping organise events and promotional projects
• Managing website, showreels & social media profiles

Skills

• Adobe Suite (ie. InDesign, Photoshop)
• MS Office & G-Suite
• iMovie
• Squarespace

Salary

• Dependent on experience
