Job Description

Entertainment Content is seeking a Production Coordinator to help support a late night production. This role is a temporary staff position with an end date.

Responsibilities:

  • General office and assistant work for Directors, Producers and Production Managers.
  • On Set PA duties in studios and on locations.
  • Crew coordination.
  • Transportation coordination.
  • Equipment coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and producers.
  • Creation of call sheets and production reports.
  • Secure shooting permits with the Mayor’s Office of T.V. and Film.
  • Will work on specific projects related to SNL’s 50th Anniversary.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of prior executive assistant experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network) supporting senior executives.
  • Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours.
  • Must be willing to work at 30 Rockefeller Center.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

  • The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 37.5 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
