Production Coordinator

Role x You:

Pulse Films is an award-winning, independent, modern-day studio encompassing the development, production, financing and distribution of cross-platform content for audiences worldwide. Pulse’s “artist first” mantra has allowed the company to build a thriving talent management component to the business that completes its holistic approach to content creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking crew, editors and other freelancers.
  • Managing edit schedules
  • Producing production schedules and call sheets
  • Organising travel arrangements and accommodation for cast, crew and production executives
  • Dealing with accounts, invoicing and expenses
  • Hiring studio facilities and equipment
  • Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers
  • Responsible for setting new freelancers up for success when they arrive
  • Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
  • Typing, editing, copying and distributing scripts
  • Attending shoots

You have these:

  • Experience as Production Coordinator or a passion for the industry
  • Knowledge of terminology will be appreciated
  • Computer savvy
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
  • Able to manage complex and competing deadlines
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving
  • A team player with great communication skills
