- Add the item value and quantity – Try to value it as honestly as possible
- Select the minimum rental days
- Click List new item and you’re ready to go!

Fat Llama Pricing

The way it works is that the site takes 25% from the owner and 25% from the person renting. That might seem a little confusing, but it’s pretty easy once you see an example.
So, let’s say you are renting out your camera for $100. This means that Fat Llama will charge the person borrowing the camera $125, and you will receive $75. So, the site took $25 from you and $25 from the borrower.
In other words, however much you want to earn from your rental, just be sure to tack on an extra 25% to cover the platform fees and you’ll be good to go.
